Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves delivering direct care across day and evening shifts while ensuring patient safety comfort and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Communicate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support resident care plans and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active North Dakota RN License
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LTC experience preferred
