Orbia is looking to hire a Senior Auditor to support our Internal Audit team. The role is responsible for developing and executing audit work programs and performing financial and operational audits of company operations. This role supports the Internal Audit plan by identifying findings preparing business-focused recommendations presenting results to management and preparing audit reports.

Location: U.S. (Remote)

About the Role

  • Scope plan conduct and report on high-risk audits independently.
  • Design and perform tests of internal controls for manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct audit testing including interviews data analysis and control evaluations.
  • Present audit findings and recommendations to process owners.
  • Assist in preparing remediation activities and follow up on implementation.
  • Contribute to audit and operational KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor junior staff; review audit work papers.
  • Ensure compliance with IIA standards and ethical practices.
  • Liaise with external auditors on joint efforts and follow-up actions.
  • Support development paths and programs for audit team members.

Role Challenges:

  • Multicultural business knowledge including legal fiscal and operational requirements.
  • Recommends improvements and promotes best control practices.
  • Uses SAP and data analytics to optimize audit work.
  • Communicates effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Requires flexibility travel availability and fluent English.
  • Builds strong relationships with audited entities and leadership teams.

What You Bring

  • Must be able totravel 30%-35%of the time and have experience workingindividually/remotely
  • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting Finance or Business
  • Minimum 4 years in internal audit and 4 years in related finance roles
  • SAP Oracle ERP systems
  • Data analytics tools (ACL IDEA Power BI Power Query)
  • CPA CIA CFE certifications preferred

The compensation for this position will typically range from $98000 -$181000/yr. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills experience geographical location and internal equity.

The compensation package may also include short- and long-term incentive compensation.
