Purpose
This role centrally governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with standards and internal customers requirements.
Key Missions
Manages maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Finance Projects Customers Materials Employees and Supplier Ensures all service Level agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification Maintains and develops master data process documentation ensuring they are up to date and relevant Maintains reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system Supports project team(s) in data migration activities Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes Coordinates Master Data involvement in projects Implements new processes for new projects or developments and proposes innovative solutions Trains less experienced Master Data OfficerProfile & Other Information
