What Youll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to retail and internal service department customers
• Accurately identify and source automotive parts to meet customer and technician needs
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability pricing and timelines
• Maintain proper inventory levels track special orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Assist in managing parts displays labeling and organization for optimal efficiency
• Adhere to dealership policies manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

What Were Looking For

• Proven automotive parts counter or related experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and parts lookup systems
• Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented dependable and detail-focused
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
