Assignment Details
- Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours)
- Schedule: Variable Nights (ThursdaySaturday focus)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting during night shifts. The role focuses on patient safety clinical monitoring and effective care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License (CO or Compact)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LTC experience preferred
