Job Summary
A high-end Los Angeles law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate with 47 years of experience in real estate transactions. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong experience in purchase and sale agreements financing documentation joint venture operating agreements syndication agreements preferred equity agreements and related entity documents.
The associate will draft review and revise real estate transactional and capital markets agreements manage multiple deadlines coordinate with partners and paralegals and help move transactions from start to finish. This position includes significant direct client contact and requires strong drafting negotiation communication and relationship skills.
Candidates should be team-oriented responsive comfortable in a fast-paced deal environment and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines at once.
Qualifications include:
4 years of real estate transactional experience; strong PSA and financing documentation experience; strong drafting negotiation communication and relationship skills; ability to independently keep deals moving forward; J.D. from an accredited law school; and active California Bar membership in good standing.
Compensation & Details:
Base salary of $225000$275000 (DOE) 1800 annual billable hours requirement $2500 annual business development budget hybrid work availability paid parking 401(k) medical/dental/vision insurance sick time generous vacation policy and disability AD&D and life insurance benefits.
