About the role
The Project Practice Lead is responsible for establishing and leading bestpractice program and project management governance across TAFE NSW. The role sets and embeds fitforpurpose methodologies standards tools and reporting that enable accurate tracking of delivery risks issues finances and resources while supporting strong decisionmaking and successful outcomes across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
Leading a highperforming PMO team the Project Practice Lead partners closely with project sponsors delivery leads and senior stakeholders to provide highquality analysis reporting and operational support. The role plays a critical part in strengthening project discipline improving transparency and assurance and driving continuous improvement in how projects and programs are governed and delivered with a strong focus on customer outcomes accountability and safety.
About you
You are an experienced project and program management leader with a strong background in establishing bestpractice PMO governance across complex portfolios. You deliver clear insight through robust project reporting and effective management of risk finances and resources and influence confidently across sponsors and delivery teams. You lead highperforming teams and drive discipline transparency and continuous improvement with customer outcomes accountability and safety at the core of delivery.
