Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. You will be responsible for engaging with customers addressing their inquiries resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products services and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns
Maintain knowledge of company products services and promotions
Required Skills:
Proven experience as an Online Chat Agent or similar customer service role
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Familiarity with chat software and customer support tools
