About the Role:

全ての日本の従業員に対して質の高い人事施策関連サポートを提供しますまた社内外のステークホルダーと連携して日本の従業員の幸福感や働きがいを向上させることでビジネスに寄与します

What Youll Do:

• 主要な関係者や同僚からの複数のコミュニケーション チャネル (SlackZoom等) を介した直接的な問い合わせの管理と適時の解決策を提供し国及び地方自治体の規制組織のポリシーと手順に従って正確な情報問題の特定解決策の対応を行います

• 従業員からの非定型的な問い合わせに対して優先順位を付け積極的に従業員の支援者として機能します

• 定められた手順と慣行の範囲内で判断を下し適切な行動を決定します

• 必要に応じ健康保険および福利厚生ブローカーと連携して福利厚生管理を支援します

• 社外の医療専門家及び衛生委員会と連携し健康診断及びストレスチェック等の健康管理施策の運用管理を行います

• 上司の指導のもと衛生委員会の運用を行います

• 健康管理システムの運用管理を行います

• 日本語で退職手続きの支援を行います

• 就労証明書健康保険にかかる文書及びVISA関連のペーパーワークを行います

• その他のプロジェクトに携わる場合があります

What Youll Need:

• ネイティブレベルの日本語が必要です英語ができる方はより環境を楽しむことができます

• 健康診断等の健康管理業務に従事した経験は必須ですストレスチェックの実務経験があれば望ましい

• 日本での社会保険に関する実務経験または知識が求められます

• 従業員との窓口経験またはカスタマーサービス関連の経験が求められます

• 課題解決問題解決思考分析スキル及び継続的な改善に対する思考が求められます

• 受け身では無いセルフスターター肯定的な姿勢及び顧客に対する情熱的な姿勢が求められます

• 細部への気遣い及び口頭記述による卓越したコミュニケーションスキルが求められます

• 組織横断的課題解決的及び変化の早い環境への適応への対応能力が求められます

• 全ての階層の人組織文化を横断して協業する適正が求められます

• 確かなプロジェクト管理スキルが求めれます

• Carelyという健康管理システムの運用経験があれば望ましい

• 1週間の所定労働日数は3日間です

• 1週間のうち1日はオフィス出社が求められます
