業務内容

当社の強みである公開されていない情報を取得して分析する各種プロジェクトについてVice President以上のサポートを受けながらケースマネージャーとして仮説策定情報収集と分析成果物の執筆のマネジメント予算管理顧客報告などのケースマネジメント業務全般を担います少数のファームなのできな裁量がありますインテリジェンス機能が強みなので論理的思考や課題解決に強みがあるの実が発揮しやすい仕事です

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a case manager with support from Vice President(and above) you will be responsible for all case management tasks such as formulating hypotheses collecting and analyzing information writing deliverables managing people managing budgets and reporting to customers

• Engaging with the client throughout all aspects of the business intelligence and investigatory and risk management projects

• Developing the methodology and defining the scope of work demonstrating an understanding of the clients needs

• Directing and managing in-house and external resources drawing on your own resourcefulness and creativity

• Analysis and assessment of information received from all sources for the project

• Reporting in person to the client providing follow up where necessary

• Ensuring the integrity of the project from start to finish

• Identifying and targeting client groups and developing a convincing and credible pitch to develop Krolls client base across the region

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a deep understanding of Japanese political economic security and business issues and fluency in Japanese

• Minimum 6 years experience which could be in a number of disciplines - government business journalism finance law strategy consulting risk management consulting corporate communications and NGO work are all relevant

• An imaginative and creative thinker with excellent communication skills

• A team player able to work to tight deadlines often balancing a significant and varied caseload

• Able to demonstrate excellent judgment be commercially focused and be driven by professional excellence and a commitment to the Kroll brand

• The position may require a significant travel commitment across the region. A strong commitmentto the highest professional standards and business ethic

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities

• Experience working with diverse teams
