MAINTENANCE TRAINER
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position is responsible for managing the maintenance training program. This includes developing and implementing a training schedule for all maintenance personnel.

The Maintenance Trainer will facilitate the DuPont Training Program which consists of training modules hands-on lab activities and field training. The trainer will manage the progress of each team member and provide appropriate feedback to team members management and the union.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage the DuPont Training Program from implementation through execution.
Track and document that team members receive the required time within the training program and provide feedback to management when requirements are not being met.
Provide timely feedback to team members regarding their progression through the training program.
Spend time in the plant verifying hands-on training and comprehension of maintenance tasks.
Develop and maintain testing lab equipment and classroom resources.
Continuously develop training curriculum specific to plant needs.
Develop distribute and maintain key performance indicators including related graphs and documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Technical or trade school degree preferred.
Multi-skilled maintenance background desired.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead others toward achieving individual and plant objectives.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong root cause analysis skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Strong writing and computer skills preferred.
