Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for quality breakfast big burgers and southern hospitality We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to take the reins of our North Little Rock location. If you are a high-energy professional who knows how to run a tight ship while keeping team morale high this is the role for you.
As the General Manager you will be the heart of the restaurant. Youll be responsible for everything from the early morning biscuit bake to the late-night rush ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant ensuring food safety quality control and exceptional service standards are met at all times.
Team Building: Recruit train and retain a high-performing team. Youll be responsible for scheduling performance reviews and fostering a culture of pride and hard work.
Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the stores P&L. You will manage labor costs inventory and waste to maximize profitability.
Brand Excellence: Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and that all equipment is in top working order.
Community Connection: Engage with the North Little Rock community to build local brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
What Were Looking For
Experience: At least 24 years of General Management experience in a high-volume QSR environment. Experience with breakfast dayparts and scratch-made products is a major plus.
Leadership: A proven track record of developing assistant managers and crew members into leadership roles.
Results-Oriented: A strong understanding of restaurant metrics (COGS Labor Speed of Service) and a drive to exceed targets.
Work Ethic: A "lead by example" approach. You arent afraid to jump on the line or help at the window during peak hours.
Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Base salary of $60000 $65000 (depending on experience).
Bonus Structure: Monthly/Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to sales and profitability.
