Key Responsibilities:


Support the Client Delivery process by executing operational tasks related to the onboarding of new firms to the CAIS platform.

Ensure alignment and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholdersincluding Product & Research Sales Client Service Operations Legal & Compliance and Marketingby providing timely onboarding status updates and setting accurate expectations.

Contribute to the design enhancement and documentation of efficient onboarding processes; partner with the Technology team to identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.

Develop track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness and timeliness of client onboarding efforts.

Drive progress toward Client Delivery and broader Operations team objectives by contributing to team OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Ensure the on-time delivery of all required reports and onboarding-related documentation.

Take on additional responsibilities based on team capacity individual strengths and areas of interest helping to support the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

Knowledge of alternative investments a plus

Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables VBA and Macros a plus

Strong organizational multitasking problem solving communication and time management skills

Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or a related discipline preferred

1 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry


Required Skills:

Passion and tangible experience for designing and presenting Excel-based dashboards (or other tools) to summarize important data in a consistent efficient and evaluative manner Data visualization experience or desire to learn is a must Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office suite VBA experience is preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate granular data and trends into summary-level narratives for senior management team reporting Pride in delivering a thorough and accurate work product; attention to detail demonstrated through work product presented to senior management Intellectual curiosity with penchant for learning and expanding knowledge set Highly adaptable to evolving business needs Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across the company Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team comprised of local and remote colleagues Experience: Graduate of any 4-year degree course; preferably an accounting degree Preferably one (1) year experience in a U.S. corporate environment
