Job Summary


Role Overview
Electra is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who can manage teams optimize processes ensure compliance and keep operations running efficiently across freight clearance haulage and warehousing. You will be a key point of coordination driving performance and ensuring service delivery meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across air freight sea freight customs clearance haulage and warehousing.
  • Supervise and coordinate operations staff ensuring productivity and adherence to performance standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency service delivery and cost management.
  • Monitor shipment life cycles and ensure timely execution from origin to final delivery.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies procedures and service standards.
  • Review operational reports and KPIs to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues and ensure minimal disruption to service.
  • Collaborate with finance sales and customer service teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Train mentor and evaluate team members to build a high-performing operations unit.


Requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics/supply chain operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end logistics operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams manage performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience developing SOPs KPIs and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems reporting tools and operational dashboards.

Required Skills:

Requirements 3 years of experience in project coordination project management or similar execution-focused roles. Familiarity with Scrum Agile or structured project management methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously. Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through even without direct authority. Experience documenting processes workflows or SOPs. Comfortable working with tools and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
