Role Overview
This role requires a candidate with the ability to manage financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can track costs prepare reports ensure accuracy in financial records and support compliance. You will be a key point of coordination helping maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Track and analyze operational costs across freight haulage and warehousing activities.
- Reconcile accounts bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Support audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate financial reports and insights to support business performance.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
Requirements
Requirements
- 45 years experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting standards and compliance.
- Experience handling audits tax processes and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel usage.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines.

Required Skills:
Requirements 3 years of experience in project coordination project management or similar execution-focused roles. Familiarity with Scrum Agile or structured project management methodologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously. Proven ability to drive accountability and follow-through even without direct authority. Experience documenting processes workflows or SOPs. Comfortable working with tools and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed.
