Job Summary
A reputable real estate company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations budgeting reporting compliance and cash flow management while providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth
Manage financial planning budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee accounting operations payroll payables and receivables
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow and support investment and risk management decisions
- Provide financial insights to management and supervise the accounting team
Bachelors Degree/HND in Accounting Finance or related field
- ICAN certification (Mandatory)
- ACCA CFA or related certifications are an added advantage
- 46 years of accounting/finance experience including leadership experience
- Real estate or construction industry experience is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting taxation and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
