Lead Generation Executive
Job Summary
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork Fiverr LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and prospect identification aligned with business goals.
2. Lead Management & Nurturing
Own the complete lifecycle of leads generated via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr including timely responses consistent follow-ups engagement and qualification.
Ensure no lead is missed delayed or left without proper follow-up.
Nurture and qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales team for closure.
3. Platform Management (Upwork & Fiverr)
Manage bidding proposal writing and catalog/service listings on freelance platforms.
Create maintain and optimize profiles to improve visibility and lead conversion.
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads interactions and progress in CRM systems and internal trackers.
Track performance metrics and regularly update reports for better decision-making.
5. Collaboration & Process Alignment
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment on requirements.
Continuously suggest improvements in lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Requirements
Familiarity with CRM.
1 -3 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics).
