Job Summary

About the Role:

Responsible for the achievement of agreed sales targets/ objectives for the defined location

In charge of all local marketing activities for the location

Responsible for all commercial transactions with the channel partners

Responsible for achieving all network-related targets as assigned for the location (network expansion product placement etc.)

Responsible for business development influencer and channel engagement and professional pricing co ordination

Ensure that distributors/ contractors provide an appropriate service as per service level agreement

Requirements

Must be a graduate
Age max 26 years

Must know the Tamil Language

must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in paints.

Benefits

4.5 LPA (Fixed: 3.5 LPA & Variable: 1.0 LPA) TA & DA are over and above the said CTC as per company policy
