Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building complex catalog items developing custom integrations and a solid understanding of ITSM processes along with ServiceNow application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex Service Catalog items including advanced workflows client scripts UI policies and catalog UI scripts.
- Implement and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Request).
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using best practices.
- Work on Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and UI Actions for automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing debugging and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in Service Catalog development (complex catalog items)
- Hands-on experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules
- Experience in ServiceNow application development (Scoped Apps)
- Proficiency in JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITSM Certification (preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Good documentation and collaboration skills
