Job Summary:
The Entry Technical Writer is responsible for creating basic documentation such as user manuals and help guides under the supervision of more experienced writers. They gather information draft content and revise documents based on feedback.

Responsibilities:
Research and Writing
Conduct thorough research on technical topics
Organize and structure information in a clear and logical manner
Write technical documents in a concise and easy to understand language

Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Incorporate feedback and suggestions from reviewers

Editing and Formatting
Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency
Ensure documents follow company style and formatting guidelines
Use appropriate technical terminology and language

Project Management
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on document progress
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Usability and Visuals
Conduct usability testing to ensure documents are user friendly
Create graphics and visuals to enhance understanding of technical concepts
Incorporate feedback and suggestions from usability testing

Maintenance and Updates
Regularly review and update existing technical documents
Ensure documents are up to date with the latest information and industry standards
Collaborate with subject matter experts to make necessary changes.

Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in English Technical Communications Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.
Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and reliability engineering principles.
Basic knowledge of technical writing principles and documentation tools.
Strong writing and grammar skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
