Job Summary

Role - Sr Technical Consultant - Zoho ERP

Location - Chennai

Mode of Work - Work from Office (Mon - Fri)

Experience - 5 yrs

Job Description:

Define overall solution architecture integration strategy scalability approach and technical design standards.
Support complex implementations and provide reusable solution frameworks.
Solution architecture API integrations system design technical consulting scalability planning troubleshooting and mentoring.
Zoho platform expertise is required (Zoho CRM Zoho ERP Zoho Creator Zoho People etc preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment: Analyze a clients business operations and identify challenges that can be solved with technology.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into customized software architectures hardware setups or IT solutions.
Implementation: Work alongside developers and IT teams to code integrate and deploy these technical solutions.
Client Support & Training: Provide diagnostic troubleshooting training for staff and ongoing system maintenance
