About the Role

The role is to work as part of an integrated team to provide a range of home/centre-based family support interventions that contribute to achieving an improvement in outcomes for children young people and families.

A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

About You

To apply for this post you must:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB/NVQ3) or equivalent
  • Experience of working with parents and children
  • Understanding of social and environmental factors that have an effect on vulnerable children young people and families.
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with children young people parents
  • colleagues and other professionals
  • Ability to work with a range of professionals and engage in multidisciplinary work

In addition we also expect you to shareour commitment to our valuesandto delivering accessible and inclusive services which meet the needs of all of our residents. You will be asked to demonstrate your understanding of these commitments as part of the selection process.
