Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key accounts within the automotive sector in West India located in Pune. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers (OEMs & Tier 1s) understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to achieve revenue and DWIN targets.
Key Responsibilities
Youwillberesponsibleforadefinednumberofkeyaccountsanddistributor engagementsintheautomotivemarketandwillbemeasuredondemandcreationandrevenuegrowth.
Thekeytasksinclude:
- Keyaccountresponsibilitywhileworkingwiththechannelpartnerincluding owningand drivingkeyaccountplansforthetopcustomers.
- Buildingupthecustomerrelationshipandinteractingwiththedecisionmakers andtopmanagement.
- Setupanddrivecustomerspecificsalesstrategy.
- Identifyandwinnewopportunitieswhilesellingthewholeportfolio.
- EnsureexcellentcommercialresultsperNXPcorporategoals.
- ManageNXPinternalresourcestomeetsalesgoalswhenneededandtodeliverabovemarketgrowth acrosstheassignedresponsibilities.
