About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit family-oriented insurance agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment values long-term stability and thrives in a client-focused insurance is the core of the agencys business representing the majority of its portfolio and this role plays a key part in supporting and maintaining strong client relationships.
What Youll Do
In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients helping them with day-to-day service needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main contact for policyholders
- Responding to client questions and service requests
- Assisting clients with coverage options and policy changes
- Managing renewals and endorsements
- Maintaining accurate client records in agency systems
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and agency procedures
What Were Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 2 years of experience in commercial lines preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in an office-based team-oriented setting

- Job Type: Full-time onsite
- Compensation: Up to $65000 annually (depending on experience)
