- Open and close the spa ensuring everything is perfect for guests and the next shift
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through our signature experience (robes sandals relaxation room tea)
- Book appointments recommend services and help guests find exactly what they need
- Suggest enhancements and retail products that genuinely improve the guest experience
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with grace turning problems into loyalty
- Support and guide newer front desk team members during your shifts
- Keep the front of house running smoothly when management isnt on-site
- $20-22/hour based on experience
- 5% commission on retail sales when you hit your targets
- $5 bonus per enhancement sold (once you hit 10 per month)

- 2 years in hospitality retail or customer service
- Previous key holder shift lead or opening/closing experience
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and handling payments
- Available for full-time hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our location
- Experience in spa salon or wellness industry
- Knowledge of skincare products and services
- Experience training or mentoring others
