What youll do: 

• Contact clients regarding delinquent accounts for unsecured loans
• Negotiate payment options to early stage collection accounts
• Utilize your strong negotiations skills to bring delinquent accounts back to performing status
• Provide exceptional member experience
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Process requests and account change
• Inbound/Outbound calls

Qualifications :

• 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing call center environment
• Minimum of 1 year collections experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while working on multiple tasks
• Excellent Attendance throughout training

Additional information

Pay: $19.50 Monthly Bonus 

Shift:  Monday-Friday - Requires reasonable flexibility between 6:00am-6:00pm
