This is a high-impact strategic role reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer ideal for a seasoned MedTech BD leader with deep experience in medical injection molding and Class II/III medical device contract manufacturing and a strong network of OEM relationships.

What youll do: Lead strategic market expansion and new revenue growth Build and manage high-value relationships with medical device OEMs Partner cross-functionally with Engineering PM Sales & Marketing Shape long-term commercial strategy alongside the CCO and leadership team
What you bring: 10 years in BD within medical device contract manufacturing Deep expertise in medical injection molding & Class II/III single-use and electromechanical devices Established network of senior-level industry decision-makers A consultative results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding targets
