Job Summary
- Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX WEB SQL and Excel systems
- Respond to customer needs based on product availability
- Provide information such as advice pricing dates and delivery status
- Handle Salesforce requests
- Participate in supplier training sessions
- Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP management systems and SQL
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Energetic and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories an asset
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or similar role
