What Youll Do and Who We Are Looking For
Position is available until 6/30/2026. Casual positions can work for up to 599 hours.
Location: Cascade Campus and Southeast Campus.
Under the direction of management this position distributes supplies and support materials and processes incoming and outgoing mail within each College location. This includes establishing designating and coordinating mail routes mail stops and schedules across multiple campuses and learning centers. Creates an updated reference list of current employees and their assigned mail stop at each campus. Transports and delivers parcels interdepartmental and U.S. mail according to College and U.S. Postal Service requirements and regulations along a specific route to designated mail stops on each campus. Uses handheld electronic logging and chain of custody tracking system to scan route record and track deliveries to specified locations and make photographic records documenting deliveries.
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Oregon and possess an acceptable driving record including three years of accident-free driving with no recent moving violations.
