Job Summary
OurDevelopmentevents team designs and executes thoughtful high-impact content across a portfolio of events from intimate convenings to large-scale tentpole experiences.
We areseeking anEventProjectManagertooversee timelines and deliverables across all phases of event planning and execution. This mid-level role is ideal for a highly organized detailoriented professional who can effectively coordinate stakeholders and drive progress against critical milestones. The Event Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams(events operations creative partnerships and communications)to ensure the successful delivery of key events.
How You Will Contribute
Project Management
Plan andmanageStandTogethersportfolio ofsmall and large-scale Developmentevents and experiences.
Create timelinesand deadlines; track criticalelements of event production across stakeholders andexecutives ensuring priorities are executed in an efficient and scalable process.
Identifyand refine processes tooptimizelong-term event strategy consistently elevatingoperational excellence.
Data Task & Schedule Management
Facilitatecross-functional communicationtoensure deliverables are understooddeadlines areupheldand contingencies areimplemented.
Provide regular updates on project statusandmilestonesusing establishedmanagementtools (e.g. Adobe Workfront Asana internalresources).
Prepare meeting agendas notes and follow-ups to ensure clear next steps and accountability.
Onsite & Event Support
Provide onsite support as needed including schedule management general staffing assignments andreal-time coordination.
Support post-event wrap-up activities including notes feedback collection and documentation of learnings.
What You Will Bring
- 2-4 years of experience managing creative event-based or program-based projects.
- Ability to complete multiple events and projects in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong adaptability strategic thinking and proactive initiative.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets calendars and task-management tools.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
