Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries
- Manage mail shipping and receiving including tracking deliveries
- Oversee light warehouse operations and organization
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Assist with customer service inquiries (orders invoices payments)
- Handle administrative and operational tasks across the business
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Support internal teams with ad hoc requests and small projects
- Improve basic operational processes as the business grows

- Office runs smoothly with minimal oversight
- Shipments and inventory handled accurately and on time
- Team is supported and unblocked
- Customer inquiries handled professionally
- Nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 37 years in office admin or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with shipping/receiving or logistics
- Comfortable handling customer issues
- High ownership and reliability
- Strong communication skills
Bonus
- Experience in a growing business environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Exposure to CRM or operational systems
