Auswide Bank is growing and we want you on the team in Hervey Bay.
Following the merger with MyState Bank were part of MyState Limited (alongside Selfco and TPT Wealth) a challenger banking group with exciting projects ahead over the next two years.
Were looking for Customer Banking Consultants with prior banking industry experience who love helping customers and want to make a real impact at branch level.
What youll do
- Be the friendly knowledgeable face of the branch
- Support customers with everyday banking and account maintenance
- Confidently assist with digital banking and product conversations
- Deliver personalised service that makes banking easy and human
What youll bring
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services role (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A proactive handson approach
- Enjoyment working in a small collaborative team
