Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Estimator with a strong freight forwarding background to join a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a hands-on individual who can independently prepare accurate competitive quotations across air sea and road freight with a strong focus on detail turnaround time and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complete and accurate freight quotations (air sea and road)
Handle RFQs and ensure all cost components are included
Apply Incoterms correctly in pricing
Liaise with carriers agents and service providers for rates
Manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines
Cost shipments end-to-end (origin to destination)

Minimum Requirements:

35 years experience in freight forwarding (estimation / pricing / internal sales)
Working experience on CargoWise One
Strong practical knowledge of Incoterms
Understanding of import/export processes customs and port procedures
Knowledge of global trade routes and carrier options
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
