Key Responsibilities

Head Chef
Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across both the staff restaurant and hospitality offering
Design and deliver innovative nutritionally balanced menus suited to a high-performance environment
Pay homage to the clients American heritage in motorsport through the food offering
Oversee food safety compliance and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities
Manage stock control ordering and supplier relationships efficiently
Recruit train and develop the kitchen team to maintain high performance
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service delivery
