Location: The Learning Experience Bristow VA
Pay: $17$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Supervise school-age students during before- and after-school hours
- Support homework completion and independent learning habits
- Plan enrichment activities that encourage creativity and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with families regarding daily activities and participation
- Collaborate with center leadership and teaching team members
- Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare or school-age program experience required
- Strong classroom supervision and communication skills
- Dependable and organized approach to supporting older learners
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
