Job Summary
Calling All Construction Accountants
Delray Beach FL (Onsite MondayFriday)
Flexible Schedule: 74 85 or 96
$70K$80K (based on experience) discretionary bonus generous benefits
A privately owned well-established construction company in Delray Beach is looking for an experienced Construction Accountant to join their team.
This is a hands-on role within a stable organization where youll gain exposure across multiple areas of construction finance and play a key role in day-to-day operations.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day accounting operations across AP AR job costing purchasing and project accounting
- Working closely with a team of 8 accounting professionals
- Working with financials including balance sheet and income statement
- Assisting with and adapting to an ERP transition
- Contributing as a true doer this is not a supervisory/delegation role
What Theyre Looking For
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Construction accounting experience required (GC or subcontractor)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (conversion/migration experience is a big advantage)
- Strong understanding of core accounting functions (AP AR job costing financials)
- Someone adaptable resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Ability to take feedback problem-solve and operate independently
