What You Will Do
Act as the primary focal point for customers serving as the Voice of Customer and managing all customer-related issues
Lead and manage engine shop visits including project planning scope schedule logistics invoicing contract and account-related matters
Build and maintain strong customer relationships acting as a trusted advisor to ensure requirements are met
Develop and execute detailed project plans managing changes in scope schedule and deliverables
Drive customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution clear communication and strong Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes
Support financial materials and operational performance metrics
Identify and support new business opportunities and provide guidance on contract management
Engage customers through visits technical reviews and resolution of disputes or overdue matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with EH&S initiatives and company C.O.R.E standards
Provide accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Mechanical/Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong technical understanding with experience in process improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications We Prefer
Prior experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
Experience in project management or customer account management
Familiarity with contract management and commercial processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Additional language proficiency is an advantage
