Your future duties and responsibilities:
Job Description/ Position DescriptionBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a customer-facing SAP Business Analyst engaging directly with business users to elicit analyze and document requirements.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand business processes country-specific eInvoicing and tax requirements and compliance needs.
Perform Fit-Gap analysis between business requirements and the global SAP/eInvoicing template.
Translate business needs into functional SAP specifications aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
SAP Configuration & Solution Design
Apply and maintain SAP configurations related to finance and invoice processing (e.g. AP eInvoicing VIM tax-related processes).
Design and configure eInvoicing solutions within SAP ensuring integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Proactively maintain and enhance the global eInvoicing template to support new countries and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions where standard configuration gaps exist.
Testing Deployment & Release Management
Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities including:
oSystem Testing
oIntegration Testing
oUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Perform defect triage root cause analysis fixes re-testing and validation.
Leverage test management and automation tools such as ALM and TOSCA.
Support release activities including deployment cutover planning and go live support.
Application Support & Operations
Provide post-deployment and operational support for SAP eInvoicing applications.
Lead incident and request management including prioritization and resolution of complex tickets.
Act as a key escalation point for users ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Support continuous improvement initiatives based on operational insights and user feedback.
Collaboration & Governance
Partner with cross-functional teams including SAP developers architects product managers tax teams and finance stakeholders.
Ensure solutions comply with SAP standards internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation (functional specs configuration guides test scenarios).
