With ten healthcare centers eight Women Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations a Mobile Health Unit and in-house Pharmacy services (select locations) we offer primary medical dental and behavioral healthcare services to community-based patient populations throughout Indiana that are diverse in age educational background and income level.

Physician will split duties between our IHC Owen County (Spencer) and IHC Bedford clinics.

IHCs robust benefits and compensation package includes:
- J-1/H1-B visa sponsorship
- $100000 loan repayment
- $5000.00 CME and 40 hours of time off for CME purposes
- $5000.00 relocation reimbursement

- Guaranteed 2.5% minimum annual salary increase

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
Completion of an accredited Residency Program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers Inc.
Prefer working at an FQHC CHC or PCMH
