Job Summary
Job Title: CNA (Travel)

Type: Contract (13 Weeks Temp to Hire)
Shift: Night Shift (Variable) 8s / 10s / 16s
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Pay: $1339/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA (Travel) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Steamboat Springs CO.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing dressing feeding hygiene)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety comfort and overall care support
- Administer medications per QMAP guidelines
- Document medication administration and patient updates accurately
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification required
- QMAP certification required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
- Basic patient care and medication administration knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
