Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will help healthcare consumers by providing basic nursing care and daily living assistance so they can experience comfort dignity and recovery.

Every day you will deliver compassionate patient support and collaborate with the clinical team. You will be expected to assist with patient mobility hygiene

To be successful in this role youll heavily rely on your ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing patient needs. Youll provide attentive direct careremaining focused and vigilant as you continuously monitor your patients throughout your shift. You will also serve as a vital advocate supporting your patients best interests and ensuring their voice is heard when

  • Clinical Support:Assist the nursing team with patient procedures wound care equipment management and supply organization.
  • Patient Care:Perform daily living assistance including hygiene bathing and comfort measures while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Rounding & Monitoring:Conduct hourly rounds to check vitals update patient boards and communicate status reports to the clinical team.
  • Mobility & Transport:Safely assist patients with ambulation and coordinate the transport of discharged patients.
  • Care Plan Contribution:Actively contribute to the nursing process by collecting data observing patient responses and reporting findings to the RN.
  • Patient Advocacy:Maintain a vigilant focus on patient needs ensuring high-quality compassionate care while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Successful Completion of the 75-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant course
  • Active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
