The Role New Business Developer

As a New Business Developer at PIB youll uncover and qualify quality leads open doors with decision-makers and create the first impression that sets us apart - with clear targets strong support and real scope to grow your sales career.

What youll be doing:

• Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing) maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.

• Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.

• Maintain accurate up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure efficient filing systems.

• Produce and manage diaries record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner.

What were looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.

• Top-class customer service and communication skills someone who loves to go above and beyond

• Excellent attention to detail productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.
