Job Summary
Position: Regional Customer Implementation Manager
Job type: Permanent CLT contract full-time hybrid (3x2)
Location: São Paulo (SP) Brazil

Key Responsabilities:
- Lead end-to-end contract logistics implementation projects from opportunity win through go-live;
- Develop and manage project charters plans timelines and key deliverables;
- Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for go-live including systems setup (WMS/TMS/WCS) processes testing vendors and KPIs;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and key internal stakeholders during implementation;
- Manage multiple projects in parallel ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Monitor project risks scope changes and financial tracking escalating when required;
- Lead UAT end-to-end testing hyper-care and handover to Operations;
- Apply Maersk Project Implementation methodology governance forums and escalation models ensuring clear project visibility and stakeholder alignment;
- Actively capture and share lessons learned and best practices with Regional and Global teams.
Requirements:
- Relevant project management experience with proven experience managing contract logistics or warehousing implementation projects and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
- Bachelors degree and postgraduate degree in Project Management Business Management or related fields.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management planning and execution skills
- Advanced English and Portuguese required; Spanish is preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Soft Skills: High level of autonomy sense of urgency and ownership mindset;
