As we scale were rapidly expanding our project delivery teams - were looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help make it happen.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to build hands-on experience in an in-house TA team.

Youll support hiring across our project delivery team who are on-site using The Atom to ensure our clients projects predominantly Data Centres are built on time with minimal mistakes. Youll be hiring for a mix of levels from Graduate to Manager working closely with the People team and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly and hires moving quickly.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end hiring for project delivery roles across the US and internationally

• Screen candidates and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process

• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and referrals

• Keep candidates engaged with clear timely communication

• Maintain accurate data in our ATS (Ashby)

• Continuously build pipelines for future hiring on upcoming projects

What Were Looking For

• 2 years experience in talent acquisition ideally with a focus on engineering or construction roles

• Strong organisation skills - you can manage multiple roles and priorities

• Confident communicator with a professional friendly approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing environment
