The Campus Support Assistant will:

• Educate members on insurance wellness preferred providers and other programs offered.

• Educate members on enrolment registration and claims processes.

• Support members with insurance or wellness related access or claim processes.

• Execute or escalate as needed to complete admin functions utilizing ticketing system and owning follow-through

• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.

• Escalate complex issues to the Account Manager or appropriate department utilizing ticketing system and owning follow-through

• Participate in training and calibration sessions to maintain service quality.

This is an hourly based position with pay set at $17.60. Details of the total compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
