Education:Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology special education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required.

Experience: Prior experience working with students with special needs required. Prior experience working with students with autism preferred.

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing and evaluating Positive Behavior Support Plans across settings

• Strong ABA skills with experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or challenging behaviors

• Ability to provide staff and family training behavioral consultation and performance management

• Experience with behavioral supervision including BCBA supervision as needed

• Ability to review behavior analytic research and support applied research or outcome studies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection/analysis platforms

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Valid drivers license required
