As Sales EnablementBusiness Partneryoullbe a hands-on member of our North AmericaEnablement team working closely with the Senior ManagerofSales Enablement to bring our regional programs to life.Youllco-design and deliver trainingcollaborate with the Director of Manager Enablement toequip managers to coach sellers in the field and help ensure that everysales rep has what they need to execute with confidence.

This is a practitioner role.Youllspend your timefacilitatingsessions building program content reinforcingmethodology and staying close towhatshappening in the field. Ifyoureenergized by seeing sellers improve love designing learning experiences thatactually work and want to be part of a high-performing enablement team in a competitive cybersecurity market this is the role for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve asaNA regional member of a global enablement team localizing and executing onboarding skills development and product readiness programs to drive consistent high-quality outcomes in region.

  • Support new hire onboarding by acting as a day-to-day guide for NA sellers moving through the program;managinglogistics tracking progressidentifyingwhere reps are struggling and providing coaching support to help them ramp faster and build confidence quickly.

  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions that translate Mimecasts salesmethodologyinto practical field-applicable skillsand stay close enough to the field that reinforcementcontinueswhen the session ends.

  • Driverep development through manager-led coaching reinforcing good habits and helping reps navigate real sales situations.

  • Track program participation and effectiveness using defined metricsand surface insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager.

  • Engage actively with the field-joining calls attending team meetings and staying visible soEnablement stays grounded in real seller needs.

  • Support the Senior Manager in preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews anddeal strategy sessionsby gathering field insights and program data.

  • Champion adoption and effective use of enablement tools and platforms (SeismicGongLMS) across the NA sales team.

  • Bring a one-team mentality. Webelieve the business and each other are best served whenEnablement works collectively toward shared goals.

What Youll Bring:

  • 23years of experience in a sales enablement sales training or revenue-supporting role within B2B SaaS. Cybersecurity or a related technology environmentwould be an advantage.

  • Somelevel of experience inaquota-carryingclosingor prospecting role.

  • Demonstrated ability to design andfacilitatetraining across multiple formats:workshops virtual instructor-led sessions e-learning modules and one-to-one coaching.

  • A working knowledge of sales enablement theory and adult learning principles with genuine hands-on experience applying them.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies and confidence reinforcing them through practical coaching and program content.

  • An understanding of the B2B sales environment;you know how sellers think and what they need to succeed.

  • Strong communicationand facilitation skills with the ability to engage and energize frontline sellers and sales managers alike.

  • Organized and delivery-focused with the ability to manage multiple programsand workstreams without dropping the ball.

  • Proficiencywith enablement platforms (Seismic preferred) CRM tools (Salesforce)learning management systems and conversational intelligence (Gong).

  • Salesmethodologycertifications (MEDDPICC Command of the Message Sandler Value Selling)-considered a strong plus.

The base salary range for this position is $104000$156000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
