We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry / Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks within a real estate company. This role focuses on maintaining accurate property data assisting with transactions and ensuring smooth coordination between agents clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update property listings client information and transaction details into company systems
- Maintain accurate databases for buyers sellers tenants and properties
- Assist with listing management on platforms such as MLS and company websites
- Prepare and organize real estate documents (contracts agreements disclosures)
- Track transactions from listing to closing and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate with agents brokers lenders and title companies
- Monitor emails and respond to routine inquiries
- Generate reports on listings sales activity and performance metrics
- Assist with scheduling property showings meetings and appointments
- Support marketing efforts (uploading listings updating social media email campaigns)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry administrative support or operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
