We are looking for a legal professional to join our Start-Up team as a Contracts Specialist I for France. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in French law and/or French healthcare contract law who is looking to grow their career in clinical research within a global CRO environment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and review project related site agreements to ensure proper contract terms and see through to execution including CDAs and SCCs
- Perform site contracts and budget negotiations for different types of projects including negotiation of contractual terms with other contracting parties
- Work cross-functionally and follow up to resolve contract issues to meet deadlines and to minimize business and legal risk
- Assist in managing overall contract processes and client relationships and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate updates on all outstanding contractual documents through required systems or tracking mechanisms
- Maintain accurate documentation in study systems and ensure the TMF is inspectionready as applicable
- Maintain/support invoicing overview
- Perform/support transparency/anti bribery appropriate submissions
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
- Masters degree in health law University Diploma in Health Law or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated teamwork communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive way
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
