AmLaw 50 Firm Trust & Estate Planning Associate (13 Years)
An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Associate to join its Tampa office.
This is a strong opportunity for an early-career attorney to build a long-term practice advising high net worth individuals families and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters.
What Youll Be Doing
- Drafting complex estate planning and wealth transfer documents
- Advising on estate gift and GST tax planning strategies
- Supporting trust and estate administration and probate matters
- Assisting with business succession planning
- Preparing federal gift and estate tax returns
- Working with charitable planning and tax-exempt organizations
What Theyre Looking For
- 13 years of trusts & estates or tax experience
- LLM in Taxation candidates will also be considered
- Experience with estate planning and administration
- Strong drafting communication and interpersonal skills
- Florida bar admission required
